CaseStack Announces 2013 Warehouse Partner of the Year

Santa Monica, Calif., – CaseStack has awarded States Logistics Services, Inc., Buena Park, California, their 2013 Warehouse of the Year award. CaseStack established the “Warehouse of the Year” program to honor partners that demonstrate a dedication to providing exceptional service and a willingness to accommodate CaseStack’s continued growth.
The 2013 award marks the third time since the inception of the program that States has won the highly competitive annual challenge over all of CaseStack’s warehouse partners. Each CaseStack warehouse is evaluated and scored using a matrix of key performance indicators (KPIs) that are designed to measure and ensure each warehouse is delivering superior customer satisfaction through order accuracy, inventory integrity, and outstanding service.
