A Fun Challenge in a New Environment

I came onboard with CaseStack from a large beverage bottling company. The best thing about working at CaseStack is that everyone is very personable; a much different atmosphere from the large corporate environment in my prior role.

A fun challenge of my job requires me to wear multiple “hats” and be responsible for a lot of aspects of the business. Not only does this allow me to become more involved in the day-to-day business, it keeps me on my toes and also allows me to learn. Every day I am able to learn something new and tackle a new challenge.

In addition, the camaraderie at CaseStack makes me feel much more like I am part of a family, rather than an abstract entity such as in a big corporation. Because everyone is so friendly and I have the opportunity to get my hands dirty in so many aspects of the business, I get to forge close bonds with most people I interact with. This is an immensely different scenario than when I was working for a large corporation, where departments are typically very narrowly focused.
