CaseStack Announces 2011 Warehouse of the Year
Santa Monica, Calif., March 9th, 2012 – CaseStack is honoring UTi Contract Logistics and Distribution in Grand Prairie, Texas, for a third consecutive year with the 2011 Warehouse of the Year award for the company’s dedication to superior performance.
The annual award is given to a CaseStack warehouse provider for excellence in customer service and operational performance. The criteria for customer satisfaction is measured through order accuracy, inventory integrity and service excellence.
The competition is more challenging each year with the addition of new KPIs. Seeing the scores improve every year demonstrates the service improvement in CaseStack’s warehouse network and the dedication of our warehouse partners to providing service excellence to CaseStack and our clients over time.
