Casual Friday at CaseStack

Last Friday, employees at the CaseStack offices in Santa Monica gathered for Dan Sanker’s ‘farewell to Arkansas’ luncheon. Employees were asked to answer two simple questions for the blog. Here are some of the responses we received.
1. When you walk into the office every morning what makes you smile?
“On Fridays, the fact that everyone, including me, cuts the donuts into 1/8 or 1/4 because we feel guilty but then comes back for more so we end up eating the whole donut anyhow.” – Sum-Sum
“The quietness of the office every morning when I get in at 6 am makes me smile. It’s harmonious.” – N.E.
“Della having the coffee ready for all of us. Everyone else’s smiling faces.” – Amado E.

2. What is your favorite item in your cubicle and why?
“My computer setup because it feels like the Matrix. Also, my exercise ball because everybody else wants one.” – Mihai
“Guido’s BBQ Sauce – because it’s a bottle of sauce from CaseStack’s very first warehouse client.” – S. Sezna
“Tapatio Bottle – It spices up my day.” – Keli’i
“The trash can. Because when I put stuff there, it makes my cube cleaner, and if there’s anything in this world that I could say I value more than coffee, it’s a clean cube. Oh, and it doubles as a basketball hoop.” – Ryan McKenna
“My fan cause I’m always hot.” – Michael Levy
