On-Time Delivery Excellence
For the second month in a row, my company has received an excellent report card on our performance meeting the delivery requirements of one of our most important customers. That level of service is achieved in large part with the ongoing efforts and performance of Casestack and Rhea Levin in particular. We are required to have our products delivered within a narrow and specific window and Casestack has enabled us to do that on a consistent basis. This is very important since failure to meet these requirements can result in financial penalties to our company and when delivering to 7 to 8 distribution centers across the country on a weekly basis that could prove to be quite costly. So once again I want to express this company’s appreciation for a job well done – consistently!
On another note, I would like to let your readers know that as an individual I will be participating in the Breast Cancer 3Day walk in Seattle taking place Sept. 7th, 8th & 9th. Along with about 3,000 others, I will be walking 60 miles in those 3 days to raise money and awareness to find a cure for this devastating disease. Any and all donations will be gladly accepted and I will pass along the challenge made by Rhea of CaseStack: She has challenged others to meet or beat her personal donation of $100.00!
